Arnaud Broussou began his career at CBRE Global Investors in 2004 where he held the positions of Asset & Fund Manager and then Deputy Managing Director for Germany and Austria. In 2011, he joined AEW as offices Asset manager before being appointed Key Account Manager in charge of AEW’s three major institutional clients mandates in France. In 2018, he is head of AEW's Institutional Asset Management department. Former high-level fencer, Arnaud graduated from EM Lyon Business School.
Grégoire Deramecourt began his career in 2006 in Mergers and Acquisitions within the Aviva group then at Rothschild & Cie. In 2010, he joined JLL's Corporate Consulting and Transactions Services department, which is dedicated to users. In 2013, he became Senior Asset Manager at Aviva Investors Real Estate France. Since 2018, he was head of AEW's Asset Management Offices, where he was responsible for more than 1.5 billion arbitrations. Grégoire is graduated of IPAG Paris and EM Lyon Business School.
Previously Head of Investments and Arbitrage at Icade. Financial Analyst within the company, Leslie VILLATTE also practiced several years in the Legal and Financial Division of the holding company. Before taking over the executive management of CIIAM, Leslie was Director of Asset Management at Icade Asset Management.
Philippe Ravoire joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2005 where he successively held various positions. First of all a real estate consultant in the offices rental agency, he will then move on to the position of Associate Manager and Key Account Manager, then Director of the Corporate Services department dedicated to users. Since 2014, he has held the position of Partner in the Capital Markets department. Philippe is graduated of IDRAC Lyon and ISC Paris.
Responsible for compliance and internal control. Previously in charge of the Management Control, and Financial Controller of a listed real estate company. Olivier MICHEAU takes part in the monitoring of the budget as well as in the corporate and social management of the ad hoc structures.
Jean-Charles FIZES has a strong experience of consulting with major players in the commercial real estate sector. He has participated in many transactions, property audit and real estate valuation.
Head of Fund management and development of CIIAM, Annabelle is graduated from The ICN Business School. She started her career working in the transaction department for Pramerica in Paris. From 2005 to 2015, she was Research manager then Business Manager Investor Relations in CBRE Global Investors Paris office. After she was in charge of the Institutional Investor relations for Perial Asset Management.
Graduated of ESSCA and holder of DESCF, Delphine POINSON has more than 10 years of professional experience. She most recently held the positions of Head of Finance at SwissLife Real Estate and then Manager Real Estate Advisory at Denjean & Associés. Delphine will be responsible for CIIAM financial and accounting management and the companies managed by CIIAM.
Holder of CAPA in 2009, Clémence D'HARCOURT joined CIIAM’s teams in early 2016 as Head of Legal Department. She has a strong experience in the different areas of real estate law. She spent four years at Gide and three years at DS Avocats.
Graduated of ESTP and ESCP Master's degree, Vincent joined Colliers International Investment & Asset Management (formerly Icade Conseil) in 2007. He previously worked in the real estate department of PricewaterhouseCoopers for assets audits assets of significant size. He manages missions of tertiary transactions: acquisition consulting, transfer support, patrimony audit and plan of patrimonial strategy... He realized many missions for the civil hospices of Lyon, Auchan group, Gecina , CNP Assurances, AG2R La Mondiale, GE Capital, Sogecap.
Jean-Baptiste LE GAL is a general engineer graduated of EPF’s school and has continued his studies with the ESTEC Masters in Construction Management. He worked for 6 years at Bouygues Building IDF Private renovation as a works engineer involved in prestigious heavy renovation operations for commercial real estate buildings (Crédit Agricole headquarters in Montrouge, 32 rue Blanche in Paris 09 ...). He then held the position of project manager at Tertiary and Logistics Quartus (formerly abcd advanced) (Promoter / Builder) for 3 years where he was in charge of the development of the new tertiary center of DCNS in Toulon. He joined CIIAM in 2015 and is involved as head of projet management department on project management missions and the development of tertiary buildings.
Arnaud PIETTE took over the management of CIIAM Asset Management in 2019 and is in charge of the entire property portfolio. He supervises office, housing and commercial teams. Entered in 2006 and trained as Engineer Arts and Trades, Arnaud Piette was Head of Asset Management tertiary assets since 2011. Previously, he has intervened on various consulting missions in office, trade and residential: transaction (transfer / acquisition), asset support, strategic advice, asset audits, master plans.
Olivier BELIS joined Colliers International Investment & Asset Management in 2008 as Head of the Business Division after more than 15 years of experience in mass distribution on real estate and financial positions. His main areas of activity are : commercial assets structuring, transaction and investment advice and the validation of business plans as part of development operations.
Jérôme FAIVRE is project director at CIIAM's project management department. He is more specifically key account manager and leads the project management teams in charge of investments (contract negotiations), monitoring of the implementation and Asset Management. His scope of intervention are both residential assets ( housing, senior residences, student residences) than tertiary and commercial. Graduated of a Urban Planning and Development master at the University of Paris, Jerome worked for 10 years in real estate consulting before joining the Colliers teams in 2016.
