CIIAM purchases off-plan property on behalf of an institutional investor, a building of 2,500 sq. meters located at 91 boulevard Haussmann with Financière du Grand Palais and Alliance Terres Rares (assisted by Ytria).
Historic headquarters of the company Grand Marnier, the building is currently undergoing a restructuring designed and conducted by Axel Schoenert Architects. The project highlights the authenticity and the preserved identity of this typical Haussmann-style building benefiting from a triple exposure, while rethinking the offices in a very contemporary way with a remodeled central garden to offer a terrace accessible to the 6th and last floor and high-end services.
The building will benefit from the BREEAM certification Very good level and the WIREDSCORE label. The building will accommodate nearly 300 guests on 2,200 sq.meters of offices recently leased by LESPACE (Offices group to share). The opening of a new establishment of PRET France sign on nearly 300 sq. meters in the trade on the building ground floor opening on the place Saint-Augustin will complete the rebirth of this emblematic real estate complex.
